A. The opportunity for its members to regularly interact with other slave descendant family oriented people that include Fathers, Mother’s and children from toddlers through early adulthood.
Q. How long has Tot’s & Teen’s been in existence and are there other Chapters?
A. Tot’s & Teens was formed in 1952 and currently has 5-7 chapters in the United States.
Q. What benefit is there for children who belong to Tot’s & Teens?
A. Tot’s & Teens children form life long friendships that enhance there overall understanding of life and make them more well rounded young adults.
Q. I have an only child, what will my child gain from Tot’s & Teens membership?
A. All active Tot’s & Teens members gain an extended family that has like values and similar morals.
Q. I have a very busy schedule what amount of time is required to be a member in good standing.
A. A monthly meeting or activity is held for Tot’s & Teens children. A monthly meeting that is normally followed by group members’ fellowship. Ultimately, missing three consecutive meetings or events may put a family in default of full membership status.
Q. I am new to town and don’t know anyone how do I become a member?
A. Membership requires two families for sponsorship and the first year the family is viewed as a prospective member without full membership status.
Q. What is roughly the annual cost for a family of four to participate in the average amount of activities keeping good standing status but not participating in every event.
A. The annual cost would be about $750 which would include Family dues and out of pocket expenses for participation in most every function.
